Alcobendas is one of the pre-eminent, historical and potential tourism destinations in Spain. It is located roughly 13 kilometers to the north of Madrid City. Alcobendas’ map location reveals it to be at the 40 degrees 32 minutes' north and 3 degrees 38 minutes west. It possesses a total area of 4412 square kilometers and possessed a population density of 2,319 inhabitants per square kilometer in 2005.
