Spain, officially the Kingdom of Spain, is one of the oldest inhabited regions on the planet. It is a country that is located in Southern Europe, politically organized as a parliamentary monarchy. It is the largest of the three sovereign nations that make up the Iberian Peninsula. Administratively, Spain is divided into 50 provinces, grouped into 17 autonomous communities and 2 autonomous cities with high degree of autonomy. The name Spain comes from the Latin name Hispania whose capital and largest city is Madrid. Rivas Vaciamadrid is one of Spain's most popular destinations, and is well known for the quantity of cultural related attractions and monuments that the city has embraced. It is located in the region of Alcala, in the community of Madrid, Spain. This city has the population that has grown of Europe in the last 20 years. It arose in 1954 with the fusion of the municipalities Rivas de Jarama and Vaciamadrid, when the present name was adopted. At the present time it has 58,419 inhabitants. Rivas Vaciamadrid is also said to be one of the best geographical environment and can trace its origins back to prehistoric times. This is evident from the archaeological sites found throughout the place. Today, one can also learn about its history, from its earliest times and pursue enthusiasm in its natural beauty and populace.
